A couple and a new baby.
The only clue we have is the name of the photographer. Thompson in Windom Minn. According to the Minnesota Historical Society a Jesse O Thompson was in business there in 1914 and 1926. This photo looks more likely to be from around 1926 to me.

A Carlson of Fergus Falls was the photographer. Hw worked there in 1903-1904 and then again in 1919.
This is a Cyko Postcard, they were used from 1904 to the 1920’s. I will guess that this photo was taken in 1904.
We know who the photo was intended for Miss Ruby Peterson.
